Order cancellation

Product returns
The user / customer has the right to return the products purchased and received within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (taking into account the restrictions discussed below).

The products must be in the condition they were received, without their packaging being unsealed and accompanied by the receipt or the sales invoice.
In case of receipt of the returned products in excellent condition, the user / customer is charged only with the cost of returning the products.
Yelowgallery.gr does not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage of any form and nature, direct or indirect that may be caused to the products during their return process. The user / customer is responsible for the good condition of the products upon their return to yelowgallery.gr as he chooses how to send them. yelowgallery.gr advises users / customers to use a courier company for the return of products in order to be able to monitor the returned package, since yelowgallery.gr will approve the refund of returned products only if and when the products reach excellent condition and checked by its staff about it.
Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.
In case the user / customer contacts yelowgallery.gr for the return of the products and does not proceed with it, the money will not be refunded. Yelowgallery.gr has the right to recover the products and charge the user / customer for any costs. Returns of products at the expense of yelowgallery.gr will not be accepted.
Money return
Refunds for services and products are made in the same way as the payment was made, within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. In case the user / visitor / customer wishes to return the products / service he bought (within 30 days), the refund will be completed within 30 days from the day yelowgallery.gr receives the products and finds that they are in the condition they were received, without their packaging being unsealed and that they are accompanied by the receipt or the sales invoice.
