The products you ordered are sent to the address you have specified for us, through the courier company “Speedex”.

Orders are processed daily except weekends, holidays and strikes. Your order – if the product is available – is executed as soon as you complete it and the estimated delivery is 1-3 working days. For remote / inaccessible areas, delivery in 1-2 days extra. The above delivery time does not apply in periods of force majeure, such as e.g. difficult weather conditions, strikes, etc. In case the product is not immediately available, we will inform you in time about the estimated delivery.
